i havent bought a whey yet.ive been taking weight gainer for about a month now and its finished about couple days ago. tomorrow im gonna buy some whey.cant afford to buy other supp like glutamine or creatine. but its ok.we'll see whats gonna happen if i just use totally whey.
so no meal plan for today

reviewing on meal plans
in order to bulk up to 50 lbs in a short time.so ive planned for some strategy.ok i just made it up.no strategy.just follow the basic rule.eat and eat and eat!
so ive plan my meal. 6 times a day weighing up to 4000-5000 calories over the day.
meal 1
breakfast
meal 2
snack
meal 3
lunch
meal 4
PWO shake
meal 5
dinner
meal 6
supper
so thats the plan. and as u can see its just a plan.plan is wasted if u cant follow according to the plan.so thats my im making a plan, although i'll look stupid without a plan nor my goal achieved.LOL

Intro to bulking
Long story short.It's a bulking year for me.
Current weight: 120 lbs/55kg
height: 166 cm..duhh
so here's what im gonna achieved for the next 2 months: 50lbs of lean muscle!
supplement used: whey protein. either serious mass or ON 100% whey
I've been thinking to hit the gym with more equipments etc.. this small gym next to my house cant afford to have more weight.
it is so ON!
