Intro to bulking

Long story short.It's a bulking year for me.

Current weight: 120 lbs/55kg
height: 166 cm..duhh

so here's what im gonna achieved for the next 2 months: 50lbs of lean muscle!

supplement used: whey protein. either serious mass or ON 100% whey

I've been thinking to hit the gym with more equipments etc.. this small gym next to my house cant afford to have more weight.

it is so ON!
